Secretary of State Al Jaeger will NOT Turn Over Voter Information

If you’re a regular reader of ND xPlains, you know we’ve been following the Secretary of State’s process in deciding whether or not they would turn over voter information to President Trump’s voting commission. Following their “re-evaluation” on August 4th, we were the only publication to seek additional information and follow up. I’m pleased to announce moments ago the Secretary of State’s office sent me their official response to the commission’s request. They have declined to turn over voter information.
